Requirements

BEFORE YOU APPLY:

• We select applicants who are BEST QUALIFIED, not first applied.

• Application fee is $30 per applicant. (NON-Refundable) 

• A VALID US Issued Identification is required to perform the background/credit check

• Any adults over the age of 18 and will be living in the home must fill out a separate (co-applicant) application.

• You must have verifiable income and solid work history

• Total income must be at least 2.5 times the rent to qualify. 

• We will run a Background/Credit check (Credit, Bankruptcy, Eviction and Criminal). We do not have a minimum credit score requirement.

• You must have Good rental history

• We do accept Section 8 housing vouchers as proof of income
